These Terms & Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) constitute a legally binding agreement between the Customer and Al Sharhan Industries Co., operating the fragrance brand SAME Fragrance (\u201cSAME\u201d, \u201cCompany\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, or \u201cour\u201d), governing access to and use of samefragrance.com (\u201cWebsite\u201d) and all purchases made through it.<\/p>

SAME Fragrance is a brand owned, operated, and administered by Al Sharhan Industries Co.<\/p>

1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE<\/h3>

By accessing, browsing, registering, or placing an order through the Website, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms together with all referenced policies.<\/p>

      • does not market products as original designer fragrances<\/li>
      • does not intentionally reproduce third-party protected packaging, trademarks, or trade dress for purposes of confusion or misrepresentation<\/li><\/ul>

        All third-party trademarks, brand names, and copyrights remain the property of their respective owners.<\/p>

        Customers are solely responsible for determining product suitability, ingredient sensitivities, and fragrance preferences prior to purchase.<\/p>

        Fragrance performance, longevity, projection, and skin chemistry may vary between individuals.<\/p>

        6. PRICING, CURRENCY, AND ERRORS<\/h3>

        Prices are displayed in the applicable local currency and may include or exclude taxes, duties, or delivery fees depending on the delivery destination.<\/p>
